A series of projects in real estate development are currently under way which pose a great investment interest. In southern Greece (Monemvasia historic Venetian area) a pioneering residential estate is currently under way whereas another is being implemented in the region of Githion (port of Sparta). TEKAL S.A. is also making a strategic shift in the Real Estate Development in Greece, Balkans and in the Arabic World as a result of a long term experience in the market. The Company is exploiting investment opportunities all over Greece, in Albania, Bulgaria and Libya. Our main target is the penetration in the international Real Estate markets in order to achieve significant growth of our financial results in the upcoming years.
