In the field of the Energy (Renewable Energy Sources) and the environment, TEKAL S.A. has established the company TEKSIRT S.A. that aims to the complete design, the organization and the delivery of each kind of services concerning the petrochemical industry, the drilling and the natural gas. The company has developed photovoltaic parks in the southern part of Greece (Lakonia) in land that has been acquired for this purpose, as well as its preparing a wind (aeolic) park in the northern Greece (Macedonia). The company is providing consultation in the energy field to other companies through its specialized mechanical and electrical engineers. Finally, TEKSIRT S.A. is also involved in the production of biomass as well as the coproduction of energy by two or more forms of energy and biomass.
