PROJECT MANAGEMENT

The Project Management division aims to incorporate the design and engineering capability of the company into its services. It offers contracts and procurement services such as preparing bids, acquiring tendering documents etc.

The Division is also responsible for the project planning, monitoring and control which ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget and according to client specifications. With the use of appropriate software tools and by employing the technical expertise of our staff, TEKAL S.A. is in a position to guarantee the successful delivery of projects up to high quality standards.
